Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Auckland Jet Boat Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather or unsafe conditions. In this event alternative arrangements will be made to accommodate our passengers on an alternative trip. At least 48hrs of notice must be given for customer cancellation to be valid for refund.

Once a jet boat ride has been booked and paid for this is non transferrable and non refundable unless authorised by management at their discretion or due to operator cancellation as stated above.
Refunds by the operator are only applicable if payment was originally direct to Auckland Jet Boat Tours. Refunds to credit cards must be done with original card paid with or a New Zealand bank account number must be provided for direct debit. Selling agents must be contacted individually by customer and their refund policies will apply.

All other refunds are reviewed by management on a case by case basis and we have the right to refuse a refund if we see the reasoning as invalid.
